- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, milk and egg; blend well.

2Shape into meatballs.

3Melt butter in skillet and evenly brown meatballs.

4Add beef bouillon, mushrooms and onion; simmer for 30 minutes.

5Combine sour cream, flour and caraway seed; stir into broth.

6Cook over very low heat until gravy thickens.

7Good as appetizers or over noodles for a main dish.
