- 3 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ground cinnamon for garnish
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F.

2In a saucepan, combine milk, rice, sugar and salt; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3Pour into a greased 1-1/2-qt.

6Add vanilla; cover and bake for 15 minutes longer.

7Remove from oven and let stand 15 -20 minutes to set up and thicken.
