  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 8 to 10 c. milk
  • 5 egg whites

    Beat egg yolks in bowl until frothy.

    Add sugar, whipping cream and evaporated milk.

    Beat well until sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla, salt and half of the milk; mix well.
