- pastry for double crust 9-inch pie
- 2 c. thinly sliced potatoes, undercooked
- 1 pt. shucked Maryland oysters with liquor
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1/4 c. butter
- celery salt
- lemon and pepper seasoning
Directions

1Place bottom crust in pie pan.

2Put in well drained potatoes. Remove oysters from containers with slotted spoon and put over potatoes.

3Set aside oyster liquor to make a sauce.

4Place egg slices over oysters.

5Dot butter over top and sprinkle with celery salt and lemon pepper seasoning.

6Place top crust on pie.

7Cut slits in top.

8Bake 10 minutes at 400°.

9Lower to 375° until crust is lightly brown, about 30 minutes.

10Let stand a few minutes before serving.

11Drain.
