- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown stew meat in oil; add onion and cook until tender.

2Add remaining ingredients and water.

3Stir, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
