  • 2 qt. PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 qt. KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups beer
  • 3 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. DURKEE Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Beat cream cheese and butter with electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment on low speed for 2 minutes.

    Add all remaining ingredients.

    Beat 1 minute or until well blended; cover.

    Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.

    Serve as a spread with assorted crackers.
