  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 c. (1 lb.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese (I use Cracker Barrel Vermont sharp)
  • 1 (.06 oz.) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 2 tsp. olive juice
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
