Olive Cheese Balls

- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 25 pimento-stuffed green olives
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Cream butter and cheese with an electric mixer or processor.

3Add flour and cayenne and mix into a firm dough.

4Dry olives on paper towel well.

5Wrap about a teaspoonful of dough around each olive, covering it completely. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes.

6Serve warm.

7(This recipe freezes well unbaked.

8Thaw and bake as directed.)
