- 34 cup black olives, pitted
- 34 cup pimento stuffed olive
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 34 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 34 cup monterey jack cheese, grated
- 12 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 12 French baguettes, thinly sliced
- salt & pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to broil.

2Coarsely chop olives in a food processor.

3Transfer to medium bowl.

4In processor, combine garlic, Parmesan cheese, butter, and olive oil until paste forms.

5Add this mixture to the olives in the bowl and mix well.

6Fold in the Monterrey jack cheese and parsley.

7Spread each slice of bread generously with the olive mixture and place on cookie sheet.

8Broil until bubbly and lightly browned.
