Olive-Filled Cheese Balls

  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • dash of cayenne
  • 1 (3 oz.) jar stuffed green olives

Directions

    Cream cheese and butter thoroughly.

    Stir in flour and cayenne until blended.

    Pack one teaspoon of cheese mixture around each olive, covering completely.

    Place balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven (400°) for 15 minutes.

    Makes about 25 balls. Serve hot.
