- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- dash of cayenne
- 1 (3 oz.) jar stuffed green olives
Directions

1Cream cheese and butter thoroughly.

2Stir in flour and cayenne until blended.

3Pack one teaspoon of cheese mixture around each olive, covering completely.

4Place balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven (400°) for 15 minutes.

5Makes about 25 balls. Serve hot.
