- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. chopped salad olives
- 2 Tbsp. olive juice
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Mash the cream cheese with a fork and add mayonnaise.

2Blend well. Stir in chopped pecans and salad olives. Don't skimp on measurements.

3Now add olive juice and pepper.

4Stir well.

5Put in covered container and refrigerate for several hours. Great on crackers and keeps very well if you can keep it.
