- 6 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. chopped salad olives
- 2 Tbsp. olive juice
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Mash the softened cream cheese with a fork.

2Blend in the mayonnaise.

3Stir in the chopped nuts and olives.

4Add the olive juice and the pepper and blend well.

5Do not add any salt. Refrigerate several hours to improve consistency.

6This is delicious in finger sandwiches, on very thin toast, or on crackers.
