- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar olives
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
Directions

1Mix flour, margarine and cheese into a dough.

2Shape into small balls, indenting each one with your thumb.

3Place an olive in the centers and form dough all around.

4Refrigerate for 1 hour. Bake on cookie sheet (ungreased) approximately 2 inches apart. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes.

5Serve hot or cold.
