- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup chopped pitted olive
Directions

1Place rack in lower third of the the oven and preheat to 350F.

2Grease a loaf pan.

3Whisk together the first 5 ingredients.

4In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and oil.

5Add the flour mixture and lightly mix together.

6add the nuts and olives.

7Stir until blended.

8Place batter into prepared loaf pan.

9Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

10Cool 10 minutes and unmold onto rack.
