  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Roll in balls and brown about 30 minutes at 350°.

    Slice potatoes round, thin sliced.

    Place over meat balls.

    Add 1 can celery soup and 1/2 can water.

    Cook in covered dish for 1/2 hour at 300°.
