- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 c. pitted black olives, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in small saucepan.

2Add garlic, but do not brown. Add olives and parsley; saute for 2 to 3 minutes or until olives are heated.

3Immediately toss with hot pasta or cool and add to cold pasta of your choice.

4Season with salt and pepper.
