  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage or ham
  • 5 to 6 slices bread
  • 2 c. shredded cheese, divided

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, saving 1 cup cheese; put in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle another cup of cheese on top.

    Put in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Turn once.
