  • 2 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled cooked bacon
  • 6 inches corn tortillas
  • salsa, to serve

    Cook in a small nonstick pan over medium heat until cooked through, laying mushrooms and bacon overtop.
