- 2 Eggs
- 10 Edamame
- 5 cm Fish sausage (Ham or bacon is OK)
- 3 slice Sliced cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
Directions

1Remove the edamame from the pods.

2Slice the sausage and cheese into fairly large pieces.

3Break and beat the egg, then season with salt and pepper.

4Pour a batch of the egg mixture into a pan and cook on a low heat.

5Evenly line up the edamame, sausage and cheese.

6Roll it as if you were making a normal omelette.

7Pour in the next batch and repeat step 3.
-
8When it has cooked, allow it to cool on a rack.

9If your bento box is small, reduce the amount of filling.
