- 1 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 c. finely chopped dried apricots
- 1 c. orange juice
- 4 tsp. orange peel, grated
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
Directions

1Mix ingredients well.

2Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch pans.

3Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

4Turn out and cool on wire racks.
