  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 c. shredded cheese
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper (more to taste)

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain. Whip eggs.

    Add all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cut in squares.
