- 2 lb. very lean ground beef
- 2 c. potatoes, sliced thin
- 2 c. onions, sliced thin
- 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
- cabbage (white and red)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
- garlic salt to taste
- Greek seasoning to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Put salt, pepper, garlic salt and Greek seasoning in bottom of electric frying pan.

2Form meat into a large patty to cover the whole bottom of the pan.

3Add another layer of 4 seasonings.

4Put 1/2 can of soup over meat.

5Layer potatoes, onions and carrots. Add more seasoning and more soup.

6Layer cabbage and mushrooms. Add remaining soup.

7Let simmer until meat and vegetables are done, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
