- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can soyameat chicken style, diced
- 1 c. carrots, diced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. water
- 3 pkg. G. Washington broth
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Mix onion, celery, rice, carrots and soyameat in large bowl. Put oil, soup, water and broth into saucepan; heat and stir until smooth.

2Pour sauce over casserole and mix gently.

3Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
