  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small bag frozen peas
  • 1 small bag frozen corn
  • 1 can cutlets
  • 2 pkg. brown gravy

Directions

    Wash potatoes.

    With skin on, cut in half lengthwise.

    Dice onion and peel and slice carrots.
  4. 4
    Layer potatoes and onion in a large electric skillet.
  5. 5
    Cook, covered, for 15 minutes, then add rest of vegetables and cover.

    Cook until potatoes are tender. Fry cutlets and cook gravy.

    Put cutlets on top of vegetables and pour gravy over top.
