- 6 potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 3 carrots
- 1 small bag frozen peas
- 1 small bag frozen corn
- 1 can cutlets
- 2 pkg. brown gravy
Directions

1Wash potatoes.

2With skin on, cut in half lengthwise.

3Dice onion and peel and slice carrots.

4Layer potatoes and onion in a large electric skillet.

5Cook, covered, for 15 minutes, then add rest of vegetables and cover.

6Cook until potatoes are tender. Fry cutlets and cook gravy.

7Put cutlets on top of vegetables and pour gravy over top.
