  • 1 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1 lb. browned hamburger
  • 1 heaping tsp. butter
  • 2 small chopped onions
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. La Choy sauce

Directions

    Pour 4 cups boiling water over rice and let stand while preparing the following: Brown hamburger, butter and onions. Remove from fire and stir in remaining ingredients.

    Mix with rice and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
