- 1 lb. browned hamburger
- 1 heaping tsp. butter
- 2 small chopped onions
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. La Choy sauce
Directions

1Pour 4 cups boiling water over rice and let stand while preparing the following: Brown hamburger, butter and onions. Remove from fire and stir in remaining ingredients.

2Mix with rice and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
