  • 4 c. pork, veal or chicken
  • 1 bunch celery (2 c.)
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. beef or chicken broth
  • 2 small onions
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    In a large kettle, brown onions and celery.

    Put in other ingredients.

    Mix well.

    In a bowl, mix together 2 cups corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.

    Spread on top. Bake at 350° until hot in center and meat is done.
