- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes (or 1 qt. if you have your own)
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. green sweet pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. uncooked spaghetti, broken into small pieces
Directions

1Brown beef lightly over moderate heat; drain off fat.

2Add other ingredients and mix well.

3Cover and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often.

4Reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to skillet.

5Serve hot.
