Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Warm milk.

2Add salt, oil and sugar.

3Mix yeast with flour and pour milk mixture over it.

4Mix well.

5Knead a few times and roll out on a floured surface.

6Cut out rolls or pat them out like biscuits.

7Brush the tops with butter; let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

8Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
