  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 each garlic cloves
  • 1 large shallot
  • 1/4 tsp dried red chilli
  • 400 grams clams
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 25 grams unsalted butter

Directions

    Cook spaghetti in boiling water for 10 mins

    chiop shallot and soften in oil with crushed garlic and dried chilli for 2 - 3 minutes

    add clams, parsley and wine and cook for a further 4 - 5 mins

    serve over the cooked spaghetti
