Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium Egg
  • 1/2 small roma tomato
  • 1/4 medium jalepeno
  • 1 onion powder
  • 1 parsley flakes
  • 1 sea salt
  • 1 ground white pepper
  • 1 slice all natural provalone cheese
  • 1 slice all natural,nitrate free, smoked deli ham
  • 2 slice whole wheat bread,toasted

Directions

    Slice tomato and jalepeno to desired sizes.

    Heat olive oil to a sizzle in a skillet.

    Add egg.

    Add sliced tomato and jalepeno on top of egg.

    Add all spices and seasonings to the egg while the top layer is still runny.

    (Up the ante with crushed red pepper,or more jalepeno for more heat)

    While top layer of egg is still runny,add slice of provolone cheese and slice of ham on top of that.

    Let the cheese melt and hold it all together,flipping occasionally until egg is cooked to desired level.

    (I like a slightly runny yoke,but this is optional.)

    Slide the whole thing between two slices of whole wheat toast.
