- 8 slices bacon
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hash brown patties
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Fry bacon in large skillet.

2Remove bacon but keep grease in pan.

3Pat out hash browns to cover bottom of pan; sprinkle onion on top and cook until underside of potatoes are browned.

4Blend eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

5Pour over potatoes.

6Top with cheese and bacon.

7Cover and cook until eggs set (about 10 to 15 minutes).
