- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine or butter
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (21 oz.) can pie filling (blueberry, strawberry, cherry, peach or apple)
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Melt margarine in a 11 x 7-inch baking pan.

3Add milk, biscuit mix and sugar; stir until smooth.

4Drop spoonfuls of filling over batter.

5Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until deep golden brown.

6The batter rises to the top as it bakes, forming a cakelike crust.
