  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (2 tsp. imitation)
  • 6 Tbsp. oil or applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
