  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 pkg. (1 lb.)Polish sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cubed VELVEETA
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Bring water and salt to boil in medium pot.

    Add rice and sausage; cover.

    Return to boil.

    Reduce heat; cook until rice is tender.

    Add VELVEETA and soup.

    Cook and stir until VELVEETA is completely melted.
