- 3 cups water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.)Polish sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cubed VELVEETA
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Bring water and salt to boil in medium pot.

2Add rice and sausage; cover.

3Return to boil.

4Reduce heat; cook until rice is tender.

5Add VELVEETA and soup.

6Cook and stir until VELVEETA is completely melted.

7Makes 4 to 5 servings.
