- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 lb. beef, cubed 1-inch
- 1 large potato, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 carrots, sliced
Directions

1In large Dutch oven or ovenproof dish, combine first 8 ingredients; blend well.
