- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. medium egg noodles
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Saute beef and onion in Dutch oven until brown.

2Pour off excess fat.

3Stir in tomato juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

4Bring to a boil.

5Add noodles, a few at a time, so mixture continues to boil.

6Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.

7Stir in sour cream thoroughly, but do not boil.

8Serves 4 to 6.
