Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) Ragu
  • 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella
  • 1 c. Parmesan, grated
  • 1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked

Directions

    Brown beef; drain fat.

    Add Ragu and water to beef; mix well. Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with 1 1/2 cups of sauce mix.

    Arrange a layer of noodles on top of sauce.

    Spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese, then 1/2 of the Mozzarella over noodles. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan.

    Add another layer of sauce, then noodles.

    Add remaining cottage cheese and Mozzarella and Parmesan.

    Top with another layer of noodles, then remaining sauce, spreading to cover all edges of noodles.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan and cover with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
