- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) container lemon yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 eggs

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease and flour a 10-inch (12-cup) Bundt or tube pan.

3Beat together butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, yogurt, eggs and vanilla, at low speed in a large bowl, until well blended.

4Increase speed to medium; beat 3 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.

5Bake for 1 hour.
