Ingredients

  • 4 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. caraway seed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Saute onions in butter in a skillet.

    Blend the sour cream, flour, salt, pepper and caraway seed.

    Beat in eggs.

    Stir in bacon and onions.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until filling is set.

    Let stand a few minutes.

    Cut into wedges to serve.
