Ingredients
- 4 medium onions, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Saute onions in butter in a skillet.

2Blend the sour cream, flour, salt, pepper and caraway seed.

3Beat in eggs.

4Stir in bacon and onions.

5Pour into pie shell.

6Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until filling is set.

7Let stand a few minutes.

8Cut into wedges to serve.

9Makes 16 appetizers.
