- 3 bacon strips, diced
- 4 medium onion, finely diced
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tube crescent rolls
Directions

1In skillet, cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain bacon; discard drippings.

3In same skillet, cook onion in oleo until tender; cool.

4In mixing bowl, combine sour cream, flour and salt.

5Add eggs; stir in bacon and onion; set aside.

6Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles.

7Pat dough into bottom and 1-inch up sides of 9-inch square greased pan, stretching as needed.

8Pinch edges together to seal.

9Pour mixture over dough.

10Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

11Cool slightly.
