  • 6 big onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 bricks Swiss cheese, grated
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Saute onions in butter until translucent.

    Add soup and grated Swiss cheese (saving some for topping).

    Put in 2 or 3-quart casserole dish.

    Top with bread crumbs and cheese.

    Bake at 350° until hot and bubbling.
