Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 large Bermuda onions
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • sliced French bread
  • 2 large, fresh broccoli heads, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium-sized head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 2/3 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. biscuit mix *
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook broccoli and cauliflower in separate pans until tender. Drain thoroughly.

    Mix broccoli, cauliflower, 2 cups of cheese and the onion; separate and place into two 10-inch greased and floured cake pans.

    (We use the new coated pans; they are very nice to cook with!)
