- 3 to 4 oz. Roquefort cheese (room temperature)
- 4 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. minced fresh parsley

Directions

1In a mixing bowl, beat cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed.
