  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 to 4 oz. Roquefort cheese (room temperature)
  • 4 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. minced fresh parsley
  • crackers

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, beat cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed.

    Shape into a ball and roll in parsley.

    Chill. Serve with crackers.
