- 6 lean pork chops
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. beef broth or 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
Directions

1In skillet, brown pork chops in oil.

2Remove from pan.

3Peel and thinly slice onion.

4Saute in skillet.

5Blend in flour and mustard.

6Add beef broth and cook for 5 minutes.
