- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients and pour into greased, heated muffin pans.

2Cook 15 minutes at 400° and 15 minutes at 500°. This mixture will keep in refrigerator without onion for up to 2 weeks.
