- 1 1/2 Lg Onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 c Butter
- 1 Pkg Jiffy Corn muffin mix
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 c Milk
- 8oz can Cream Corn
- 1 c Sour Cream
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425f.

2Saute onions in butter until soft on MHigh. Let cool.

3In bowl combine mix, egg, milk and cream corn. Spread in 8x8 greased pan.

4Mix sour cream, salt and 1/2c of cheese with cooled onions. Spread over muffin mix. Top with remaining cheese.

5Bake 20-30 min.
