Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. dehydrated minced onion
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. rolled oats, uncooked
- 4 Tbsp. dill weed
Directions

1Heat onion, water, cottage cheese and margarine.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast, salt, sugar, baking soda, eggs and warm mixture.

3Mix well.

4Gradually add remaining flour, oats and dill weed.

5Knead well.

6Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and place in two 1 1/2-quart casseroles.

7Brush tops with margarine.

8Let rise again.

9Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 35 minutes.

10Remove from dishes and cool on rack.
