  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 12 tablespoons vegetable bouillon, powder
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • vegetables, for dipping

Directions

    Heat the oil in a small fry pan and saute the onions on high heat until nicely browned, 10 minutes.

    Stir often.

    Torn off heat and mix in vegetable bouillon.

    Let onions cool a bit, then add them to sour cream in a bowl along with the chives.

    Serve with vegetables.
