  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix meat, bread crumbs, milk and egg. Make 1-inch meat balls. In bottom of casserole dish, spread thinly chopped onion. Place meat balls on top of onion. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown. Then add vegetables, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce. Cover and bake until tender vegetables, 425° for 35 minutes. Then uncover. Top with cheese and brown.
