  • 2 lb. potatoes
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    In large plastic bag, add oil and potatoes (cut up) and soup mix.

    Close bag and evenly toss. Empty into baking dish.

    Bake and stir about 40 minutes, until golden brown.
